Unite Resourcing is seeking a variety of operators for a range of metro and regional-based work. This is your chance to upskill and get experience driving various HR machines such as Rollers and Watercarts. This role is for a reputable road surfacing company with ongoing work in the Perth metro area with the possibility of regional DIDO swings. They also offer upskilling opportunities, full-time permanent positions, and penalty rates.

**Scope of work**:

- Surface Preparation
- Operating mobile equipment (Rollers, Watercarts, Skid steers)
- Road Repairs & Resurfacing
- Civil Roadworks
- Spray and Seal

To be successful in the role, you should be able to demonstrate the following
**attributes**:

- Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical, and Drug & Alcohol screen.
- Physically fit
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and upskill

**Tickets & Licenses**:

- Valid HR Drivers License
- White Card

The role will also require
**previous experience **in the following:

- Labouring experience
- Spray Seal or Asphalt experience (Advantageous)
- Weekly pay
- Penalty rates
- Career progression
- HR machines experience
- Full-time opportunities
