**Right at Home Sydney Inner West** is seeking qualified, reliable and passionate Personal Care Workers **WITH DRIVER'S LICENCE AND CAR** to join our team in **Sydney Inner West** from Carlingford to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Auburn, Lidcombe and surrounding suburbs. You will need to be friendly, positive, and determined to make a difference. You can demonstrate client-focused behaviour, showing empathy, and treating others with dignity and respect. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, honest, helpful, and dependable, making you a great asset to our team.

This role will report to the Care Coordinator at Right at Home Sydney Inner West.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties;
- Assisting clients with daily errands, companionship, and support;
- Preparing food, feeding clients, and administering medications;
- Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client;
- Responding to emergency situations

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
- Current National Police Check & Working with Children's Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence **(Essential)**
- Smart mobile phone
- A reliable, well-maintained vehicle
- Car insurance
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience working with aged and persons with a disability
