**About the team**:
Supply Chain makes life easier, safer, and more sustainable across our network. Our team works with thousands of trusted businesses every day to bring together our suppliers, distribution centres and stores. By keeping those relationships strong and processes running smoothly, we’re able to maintain the availability and quality of our products for our customers.
**About the role**:
In partnership with the Safety and Operations Team you will support with the development and implementation of a detailed annual training plan, ensuring that team members are empowered through a combination of mandatory and optional training programs.
You will also:
- Prepare and implement training documentation and processes across the site, coaching the team on their training responsibilities
- Keep accurate training records
- Support with the coordination of all site induction programs and ensure that all new team members are compliant on all aspects of training
- Continually monitor and update training materials, accounting for seasonal activities
- Be a champion for safety and drive a positive culture for all team members
***About you and your skills**:
We’re looking for someone who has a passion for coaching and developing and who can deliver important training materials in an engaging way.
You will also need:
- Coaching and leadership experience is essential
- Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment
- Demonstrated experience in assessing training needs and the ability to develop and annual training plan
- A high level of organisational skills with a focus on planning, ensuring key deadlines are met
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, being able to manage expectations to senior leadership
- Advanced computer skills with the ability to produce materials and develop training information
