**About the Role**:
As a Book Specialised Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our book-loving patrons. You will be the go-to person for all book-related queries, and will use your knowledge and expertise to recommend books, make suggestions, and provide guidance to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store's inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring that the store remains organized and visually appealing. You will be expected to keep up-to-date with the latest trends in the book industry, and to use this knowledge to drive sales and create a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers.
