- Either sure or unsure about what their next step will be (you don’t have to know what you want to do - we can help)
- Goal-orientated and driven
- Keen to adapt and learn
- Dedicated to balancing work and studies

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING**
- A resume and cover letter
- Proof of ID
- Copy of your HSC or school reports from highest level of schooling completed
- Copies of previous qualifications completed (inclusive of white-card if looking to enter a trade-based industry)

**YOUR ROLE IN THE JOURNEY**
- Answering ‘screening’ questions over the phone to determine further suitability
- Speaking to an experienced Recruitment Officer about the various pathways that are available to you
- Learning about CCGT and what we do as the largest employer of apprentices and trainees on the Central Coast
