Our platform creates common data taxonomies to enable the sharing of data across these complex ecosystems and accelerate business efficiencies.
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist with a strong customer support background to join our dynamic customer team. As a technology and platforms specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our new and existing customer base. By developing materials to educate, coach and enable our customers, you will also be involved in developing new business opportunities. Your technical expertise and product knowledge will be key in driving customer satisfaction and business development.
**Your Opportunity**
- ensure all technical requirements for customer support and ongoing success are being met.
- manage technology solutions and partners to deliver on a best-in-class customer support functions for KPMG Origins
- Maintain industry and market segment knowledge and integrate this knowledge into consultative selling and product development.
- Work with Account Managers to update new pipeline opportunities that arise from customer support.
- Streamline our customer onboarding process for KPMG Origins, working with technology and support partners to implement a loop of continual improvement.
- Provide coaching and development to our platform clients and participant partners via a data driven approach.
- Maintain knowledge of traceability platform competitors to strategically position KPMG Origins’ products to deliver industry wide value.
- Leverage analytics and metrics to optimise experience and solve for customer support queries.
- Deliver content and demonstrate expertise to our partner community and customers: co-develop white papers, videos, blogs and other enablement content.
- Provide coaching and professional development to partner executives in order to enhance product knowledge and technical acumen.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure clients and participants have up-to-date knowledge of the KPMG Origins platform, new features, roadmap and any other updates.
- Co-deliver new client enablement, identify skills gaps & coordinate with Account Managers.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships at the operational levels of key clients and external partners.

**Your Experience**
**Essential**
- 3 to 5+ years in a pre-sales / technical sales or customer success roles.
- Previous experience with Hubspot
- Excellent presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills, must be able to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working with scale-up organisations: this role is not based within KPMG but for a wholly-owned start-up.
- Proven ability to influence others in order to successfully increase deal size and accelerate the buying process.
- Must be highly motivated, with excellent oral and communication skills.

- Passion & Commitment for partner success
- Experience in any of the following: Microsoft, Intercom and Tableau is a plus
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
