We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our produce department in a permanent position. The role involves providing exceptional service to both the local and seasonal holiday communities.
- **Are you Customer Service Focused?** You must prioritise creating a welcoming and positive experience for all customers. This involves being approachable, friendly, and ready to assist with any customer needs or inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude are key.
- **Are you Reliable**: Dependability and punctuality are critical for maintaining the team's efficiency and meeting customer expectations.
- **Are you a Clean Freak**: cleanliness is an essential component of this role.
- **Do you have experience working with Fresh Produce**: You should have a background in merchandising or handling fresh products. This involves skills in product rotation, ensuring product quality and freshness, maintaining attractive displays, and understanding stock control processes to minimize waste.

We are a small family owned supermarket focused on providing the best possible service and products to our local community.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Fresh Produce: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
