Property Manger

Permanent Role
- Newcastle/Hunter Region
- $60K - $70K +SUPER

**Role**:
The client looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a casual but professional team.

The successful person will be managing their own portfolio. (170 across the Hunter Region).

The ideal person will need to be able to work in a team environment, have excellent communications skills, and the ability to deal with owners, tenants and tradespeople.

**Duties/Requirements**:

- Conduct open homes
- Signing leases
- Routine inspections and inspection reports
- Day-to-day management of the portfolio
- Managing Maintenance
- Arrears Management
- Preparing & attending tribunal hearings (NCAT)
- No end-of-month procedures are needed, just a knowledge of them.
- A current Class 2 Agent License of Registration(preferred) or a certificate of registration working towards Class 2 license

**Package**:

- Base Salary + SUPER + Mazda 2 + Petrol card and appropriate devices
