We are a super organized dental practice in the Sydney CBD. We are searching for a decisive, organised Advertising Manager to oversee operations and develop unique and exciting campaigns to maximize sales and patient loyalty. As an advertising manager you will collaborate with our external marketing company and dental staff to establish project objectives.

To be a successful Advertising Manager you will fulfill the following tasks:

- Plan the advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, televisions, print, online and billboards
- Direct and develop sales strategies to raise awareness and build interest in the dental services we represent
- Implement these sales strategies to promote our business
- Set sales targets, enforce budgets and timelines
- Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and direct research
- Analyse data from research and findings
- Coordinate projects to ensure they meet expectations of the dental owner
- Monitor advert progress from planning to execution to ensure the practice image is properly represented and its effectiveness to the public
- Organise information to build and maintain our reputation with new and existing patients
- Generate and increase consumption of dental products through creative advertisement and uphold our brand image
- Reinforce current advertising ideas and create new advertising campaigns to allow our practices image to grow and flourish with patients, suppliers and the wider public

We are looking for someone who will dive into the above tasks with enthusiasm. You should be detail orientated, creative and have outstanding communication and management skills. Advertising managers take on a key leadership role in forming the way new and existing patients view our practice brand. This is an opportunity to take ownership of this title and explore new advertising strategies through all platforms to maximize sales and loyalty. You must be willing to work in a team and continuously find ways to meet the diverse and evolving needs of the public.

As our Advertising manager you will also work in partnership with another external company of ours to advertise clear aligners. With over 14 brands of clear aligners the competition continues to grow, therefore we need someone to continuously provide new approaches to build the brand name and encourage people to choose us.

The role is permanent 4 days a week, no weekends.

The salary offered will be $72,500.
