**How will I help?**

The Conduct and Risk Governance Manager is responsible for supporting the non-financial risk management activities for home loans distributed via the mortgage broker channel, as well as Proloan.

This is a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of non-financial risks associated with home loans distributed through the mortgage broker channel and Proloan. The position involves driving the continuous improvement of risk culture and practices, identifying emerging risks in the mortgage industry, and enhancing business controls, processes and data insights.

The successful incumbent will report to the Executive Manager, Distribution Conduct and Governance, working collaboratively with 1LoD and 2LoD risk and compliance partners. The position will play a key role in managing business incidents and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution, as well as overseeing the broker accreditation activities.

**What do I need?**

3 + years' experience working in risk assessment and management within financial services industry. Preferably having experience in a non-financial risk related role. You will also have strong stakeholder management and solid experience in reporting and data analytics.
