Gold Coast, Australia Mrs Poppins Full time

We are an NDIS provider, and we are urgently looking for a female support worker to assist our participants in the Gold Coast area. Clients require someone who is skilled in supporting others with personal care and domestic duties.

**Requirements**:

- Completed Certificate in Community Services / Mental Health.
- Experience in managing clients with challenging behaviours.
- Experience providing support in cooking and meal preparation.
- Strong understanding of supporting clients with high Mental Health Behaviour.
- Have the capacity to work with diversity, including people who are culturally and linguistically diverse.
- Have a current driver’s license and willingness to use own vehicle (insured and wide vehicle).
- Have a current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain prior to commencing.
- Have completed the NDIS Support Worker Orientation Module or willingness to complete prior to commencing.
- Have the capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks.
- Not allergies
- Be an animal lover
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (dose 1 & 2) and booster.

Additional information about the job:

- Hourly rate $33.76 TFN
- Casual contract

**Salary**: $33.00 - $33.70 per hour
