SWCT is a predominantly government funded community Transport organisation situated in the South West suburbs of Sydney. We are the largest community Transport in NSW and run a mixed fleet of over 60 vehicles across two depots in Minto and Mittagong.

SWCT exist to support the transport needs of the elderly, frail and transport disadvantaged as well as young people with disabilities via a number of funding programs.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support to join our team. As an HR Support, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring all aspects of human resources are handled efficiently and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Employment Hero**
- Induction of all new staff.
- Manage and update Employment Hero, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Provide monthly HR reports to the Operations Manager.
- Prepare onboarding, offboarding, and training reports for Executive Officer
- Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date records for employees, volunteers, students, and contractors.
- Oversee and maintain the onboarding and exit checklists.
- Generate accurate reports for auditors as needed.
- Manage the National Crime Check Portal.
- Oversee the NDIS Portal (PRODA).
- Handle the verification process for Working with Children checks.
- Process leave requests and submit weekly leave forms to accounts receivable for payroll processing.

**Volunteers and Students**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for volunteers and students.
- Ensure all required documentation for volunteers and students is current and complete.
- Monitor and track expiration dates for volunteer and student licenses, certificates, police checks, and NDIS worker screening checks.

**Taxi Community Card Project**
- Manage the CabCharge Portal, including ordering, canceling, and disputing taxi community cards.
- Prepare and enter trips into Route Match, ensuring accuracy of records.
- Reconcile trip data from the CabCharge Portal and Route Match.
- Provide a monthly report to the Executive Officer.

**Board Members and Contractors**
- Update board members’ details on the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
- Update contractors’ agreements every two years and upload them to the intranet.
- Ensure contractors have the necessary insurance and upload relevant documentation, including Public Liability certificates.

**BOAS**
- Update the BOAS Driver Register, Training Register, and Work Health and Safety Register on the intranet.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administration.
- Intermediate to advance computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.

**Qualifications**:

- A qualification in HR or similar would be an advantage, but is not essential.
