**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a talented Scheduler to join our dedicated team at Immanuel Gardens Home Care in Buderim. As our Scheduler, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Home Care services, enabling our elderly clients to receive the highest standard of care in the comfort of their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the scheduling of Home Care services for our clients. This will involve allocating appropriate team members, ensuring efficient service delivery, timesheet and roster management, maintaining accurate records and supporting the billing process with the finance team.

**About you**:
As a key member of the Home Care team you will collaborate closely with team members and other stakeholders ensuring the smooth coordination of care to our clients. You will have an aptitude for problem solving, and a continuous improvement mindset. You may bring scheduling and/or rostering skills from another industry, or have similar transferable skills. You will use these skills to support our wonderful clients, delivering meaningful outcomes as a part of doing this rewarding work. Your exceptional customer service skills will see you act as a key point of contact for our clients and their families, to address any enquiries or concerns promptly.
