Edward Meller Ladies shoes prides itself on its reputation as a provider of quality craftsmanship, comfort, fit and function and has cultivated a cult following over its extensive history. **Duties of role**
- Assisting the manager in building the brand and achieving all KPI's
- Maintain excellent standards of customer service
- Build and develop customer loyalty
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up issues to resolution
- Merchandising and general store operations

**Skills and experience required**
- Proven experience in retail
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong sales ability
- Experience in achieving sales targets
- Energetic and positive team member.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
