You will play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

**Barista/All Rounders responsibilities and duties**:

- Make and serve specialty coffee, tea and cold beverages
- Good communication skills
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty program
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Barista qualifications and skills.
- POS and cash handling
- Food handling and serving

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Right attitude - high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
- Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
- Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
