**Shift**: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
**Roster**: Fixed weekly schedule

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service at every interaction.
- Managing smooth **check-ins and check-outs**, coordinating bus rotations to maintain efficient airport transfers.
- Driving and parking vehicles safely (manual and automatic).
- Assisting customers with luggage and ensuring they feel **safe, comfortable, and well cared for**.
- Supporting a team that values communication, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Strong customer service experience** — you know how to make people feel at ease and valued.
- A **decisive, proactive attitude** with the ability to think on your feet during busy periods.
- **Excellent driving skills**:

- Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to lift up to 20kg to assist customers with luggage.
- **Current Driver Accreditation (DA)** preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- **Police Check** required (or willing to obtain).
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of the roster.
