**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**

To be successful, you will have a professional, engaging and proactive approach towards management with a strong desire to progress and excel within the company. At least 3 years experience in Retail and the ability to drive sales with a heavy focus on customer interaction, team morale and culture is essential.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be hands on and a strong leader with the ability to motivate, coach and mentor a team to achieve success
- Value your customers & team and show pride in all Thendro represents
- Be accountable in leading a team of full time and casual staff
- Be forthright in ensuring the store is meeting its targets and the staff are reaching their KPIs
- Sales Sales Sales
- Ensure all staff are consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Responsibility for rotating rosters, merchandising and liaising with Head Office regularly.
- Meet deadlines related to reports & paperwork
- Minimise loss prevention and ensure store and staff security
- **Display a work hard/play hard attitude and have FUN**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
