W Sydney is now casting for a Wheels Attendant. If you are passionate and charismatic, have outstanding communication skills, zealous about creating a memorable and welcoming atmosphere for customers, strive to provide personalized and attentive service that exceeds guests expectations then this exciting role is for you.

**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for all guest requests of Concierge and Wheels Desk functions in accordance with hotel standards. Maintains a concierge philosophy that serves as a guide to guests needs and expectations. Is a part of the Wheels team, operating the main hotel driveway, car stacker, transportation services and courier / postal dispatching, luggage services, rooming guests during arrival and farewell and is runner for any guest requests. Assists in driving the Whatever / Whenever culture for all guests. Supports Chief Concierge, Duty Manager and Concierge Supervisor to ensure all guests’ needs and information prior, during and post stay that leads to a unique, memorable and personal stay.
