**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is relentless in the optimisation and evolution of all MANIAX digital channels, providing best in market customer experience to drive improved digital performance, brand awareness and achieve overall company revenue and customer targets. Working across all elements with the broader creative team to design campaigns, digital content, execute events and deliver other marketing materials, your passion for the MANIAX brand, attention to detail, ability to work with and for the team and customer centric approach will make you a key member of the MANIAX team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Customer Experience**
- Update and maintain website functionality to improve customer experience, conversion and revenue
- Research, report on and suggest improvements to MANIAX Customer Experience Journey
- Monitor, reply to and report on customer comments through digital, business and social platforms such as reviews, social media and other channels as required
- Review and report performance plus suggest and implement improvements
- Assist in the implementation and ongoing management of NPS data collection

**Database and Systems**
- Update and maintain the MANIAX database and CRM including periodic data cleaning, segmentation, data collection sources and connectivity
- Update and maintain the MANIAX booking system content to ensure all venue, product and pricing information are correct and up to date

**Events and Campaigns**
- Lead and support coordination of internal and external Sales and Marketing events
- Support partner campaign activity including providing content, competition support, data collection/sharing, etc

**Reporting**
- Research and compile reporting of Marketing performance across all platforms
- Provide insights and recommendations for areas to improve customer experience and commercial performance inline with MANIAX strategy

**Other**
- Design assets and content for use in MANIAX and partner channels as required
- Work with broader MANIAX team to execute marketing and other customer related activity
- From time to time, take on other duties to support the broader MANIAX team as required

**Brand guidelines**
- Responsible for adhering to brand guidelines across all social media and websites where the MANIAX brand is present.
- Positively promote and communicate these guidelines to the wider MANIAX staff network.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, preferably with tertiary qualification
- A minimum of 12 months prior experience in a marketing administration position for a progressive company or agency.
- Connection to the brand and style of the company.
- Fast learner and interest in using and learning new technology and tools to assist on a continual basis.
- Strength in content production across multiple areas including blogs, videos, promotional activity, press releases and marketing collateral.
- Capability in graphic design and exposure to tools such as Canva and/or editing tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Website and html experience (to update website requirements).
- Previous exposure to CRMs such as Salesforce and how to categorise, keep them updated and link them to relevant material to grow database.
