As a **Storeperson **at our brand new **Ballarat branch**, you will bring your solutions focused dedication to supporting our customer to the table every day.

**What does this role look like for you?**

Along with ensure overall order and organisation of the warehousing area you will also be responsible for:

- Shipping and receiving duties
- Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch to our customers
- Meeting deadlines
- General warehouse duties
- Control and escalation of inventory management issues to ensure efficient use of space and reasonable stock level to meet customers needs

Rotational, on call schedule (calls are mínimal in the off season but during peak seasons - seeding and harvest, calls will be more)

**What you'll bring?**

Our ideal Storeperson will have:

- Previous experience in a Stores/Warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
- Reasonable level of fitness as you will be on your feet most of the day lifting and shifting stock.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well with others
- Basic computer skills and good communication skills
- OSH certified forklift license is preferred but not essential
