Are you passionate about making a difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Carer committed to providing compassionate support to elderly clients aged 65 and over, enabling them to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.

**Do you meet these minimum requirements?**

**✔**Live near**:Ballarat & surrounding suburbs**

✔**Hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence -** sorry but we can't accept International licences

✔**Own registered and insured car** - shared/rental vehicles not applicable

✔Australian working rights - **No visa sponsorship available**

✔Available to **work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday** (some weekend rosters available for experienced Carers)

✔Be aware this is **NOT** a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

**What this role offers**:

- Open to Experienced Carers with 12+ months of personal care experience and/or are qualified within healthcare
- Permanent Part-Time
- Contract hours**:30+ hours per fortnight + flex up shifts
- Hourly Rate: $30.86 - $34.16 per hour + 12% super + 92c km allowance + paid travel time

- **Personal Care**: assist customers with daily living tasks such as showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals
- **Domestic assistance**: light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general chores around the house
- **Social support**: transportation to appointments & social outings, shopping and providing emotional support and companionship
- **Administration**: reporting and progress notes
- **Most importantly**: Be a friendly face and brighten someone's day
