Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work is performed according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, and report progress to project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety meetings and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs, safety reports, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are a plus.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
