We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Casual Customer Service Specialists for our Castle Hill Business Centre working a minimum of 18 hours per week. The Business Centre is a space where customers and members can experience the unique brand offerings of the Amway range. Your role will be to serve customers and promote the Amway brand experience. If you have a strong work ethic and love working with people, then this role is ideal for you

Duties will include:

- Serving customers and assisting them with any queries
- Handling cash and EFT sales.
- Unpacking stock and restocking shelves.
- Ensuring the shop is always clean and tidy.
- Promoting Amway exclusive products.
- Merchandising product shelves and displays.
- Registering and handling membership enquiries.

Flexibility to work a varied roster is required:

- Minimum 18-24 hours a week or
- At least three days, 6-7 hour shifts a week
- Afternoon shift.
- Between Tuesday to Sunday. Thursdays are late night trade until 8pm.
- Availability to work after hours events; up to 9pm on weekdays and 8pm on weekends.

Experience and skills required:

- Great communication skills
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese or Thai ideal
- Warm and engaging style
- Confidence with point of sales system
- The ability to work well as part of a team
