Field Worker

**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Field Worker to undertake garden construction, planting, street scaping and maintenance of gardens and trees in Council’s customer focused greening activities.

If you enjoy working outdoors and have experience with planting and garden maintenance, you will enjoy this role. Responsibilities will include:

- Working on projects as part of the Street Scape Program to maintain parks and gardens
- Planting and garden maintenance

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current MR Class driver’s licence
- Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent experience
- General Safety Induction (Construction Industry) card

A pre-employment medical will be required for this role (including drug and alcohol testing).

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary commencing at $65,783 plus 12.5% superannuation.
