**About the Role**

As an **Aluminium Window Fabricator**, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-quality aluminium windows and doors from start to finish. This isn’t just about doing your job—it’s about being part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and values everyone’s contributions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Fabrication Excellence**: Precisely cut and assemble aluminium window and door frames.
- **Tool Operation**: Safely use a variety of power tools, including drop saws and copy routers.
- **Glass Handling**: Install glass components with care and professionalism.
- **Delivery & Installation**: Deliver and install finished products on-site, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- **Problem-Solving**: Adapt to shifting schedules and priorities to meet deadlines effectively.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members in a small, supportive group dynamic.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Essential Criteria**:

- 1-2 years of experience in aluminium window fabrication.
- Competency in using a broad range of power tools.
- Manual Driver’s License and White Card.
- A detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- 2-5 years of experience in aluminium window fabrication.
- Experience in the construction industry, including glass handling and installation.
- Forklift ticket, Working at Heights certification, or EWP license.
