With customer experience being a high priority, we are excited to announce that we have created a Direct Sales Team to ensure a high level of customer service for all of our inbound sales enquiries.

We currently have a position available for a Customer Solutions Representative in either Brisbane, QLD or Sydney, NSW.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**_You will be responsible for: _**
- _Qualifying leads using discovery techniques to ensure the product is fit for purpose _
- _Directing enquiries, if needed, to the appropriate team _
- _Maintaining customer records in our CRM system _
- _Maintaining KPI’s and benchmarks to ensure a high-quality service standard _
- _Collecting and communicating customer insights to the business to drive positive change. _

- You possess amazing customer service skills that are tried and tested in a customer focused environment
- _Communicate effectively and timely through both verbal and digital mediums. _
- _Customer’s are at the core of your actions and you carry a service mindset _
- _Ability to remain composed when faced with a challenging situation _
