The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate Kiosk and Espresso Bar Manager to lead the team at the brand-new Kiosk and Espresso Bar at the Sydney Modern art Gallery at the Art Gallery of NSW

**The Role**
- Meet and greet customers
- Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Coordinate with Fresh departments including cafe, kitchen and operations
- Direct the team of full time and casual staff and assist operations where necessary
- Weekly rostering of staff to set budgets
- Lead by example, nurturing and motivating staff
- Ensures all staff are trained in the various duties
- Reports to the Venue Manager
**About You**
- 1-2 Years supervisor/manager experience from a busy cafe
- Minimum 2-year experience as a Barista, coming from well-established and fast-paced venues
- Passionate barista with coffee knowledge and latte art skills
- Proven ability to work independently and methodically whilst offering a superior level of customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Applicants with indigenous or Torres Strait Island background are strongly encouraged to apply
