**What’s the role?**

Using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market, y ou’ll coach, guide and help our customers achieving their dreams by making things clear and simple, steering them towards the right products and services to save them time and hassle.
**What do I need?**
Experience with lending is essential for your success. Representing the St George brand - you’ll need to be a people person through and through, someone who thrives on building great relationships from the very first conversation - and maintaining that quality.
- Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, preferably in lending
- Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and relationship-building.
