Your Impact

As an Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and response to the needs of all children.

About You

Hold a Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood level qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent
Hold a current First Aid qualification
Hold a current Working with Children’s check in accordance with relevant State or Territory legislation
Experience in delivering a high-quality program and lead by example
Be a champion of our Safety Commitment for all
