Minic Property Group is looking for a motivated individuals to join the fast-growing team and work alongside one of our top performing Sales Agents and Property Managers.

**The Role**:
The Junior Sales Agent and Property Management Assistant has a fast-paced role supporting our senior team members, with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high quality customer service, and a track record of success. Just bring a hunger to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting and generating leads
- Database management
- Diary management/organise appointments
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Attending meetings with photographers and consultants
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Conduct open homes and buyer inspections
- Participate in sales meetings and training

**To be successful you will**:

- Hold a current Real Estate Assistant Agent Certificate or License (or willing to obtain)
- Hold a current driver's license & your own car
- Be immaculately presented and well groomed
- Have excellent communication skills
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Be hungry to start a rewarding Real Estate career
