Parts Expeditor

Reporting to the Parts Sales Supervisor, the **Parts Expeditor** is accountable for ensuring that backorders for customers and stock orders are delivered to the Parts Warehouse as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.

The position will also be responsible for expediting parts from Caterpillar that are not available for standard stock orders. This will require liaising with key stakeholders and utilising Caterpillar and WesTrac systems to establish the criticality of completed customers orders and delivering customer satisfaction.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Parts sales and customer/ retail service experience
- Excellent analytical skills and demonstrated numerical aptitude
- Be a part of the parts leadership team with ability to manage people
- Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office including knowledge of basic Excel formulas
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
- Proven time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
- Caterpillar systems knowledge
- Previous Heavy Equipment Industry experience _(desirable)_
