Our Technology Associate Program is designed to support individuals from non-traditional pathways looking to enter the tech workforce for the first time, in roles within Engineering, Data Science or Cybersecurity. - **Flexible rotations**: Rotations are optional, allowing you to customise your experience to meet your development needs.

Many of our teams have adopted hybrid working, where we complement coming into the workplace with working remotely. - **Non-traditional tech pathway**: You've completed an alternative education pathway aligned to Engineering, Data Science or Cybersecurity - including TAFE courses, traineeships, micro-credentials, bootcamps and vendor certifications.
- _Note: _If you're just starting your career, a Diploma-level qualification from TAFE will set you up for success. For experienced professionals who have reskilled, your valuable work experience means lower-level certifications may be acceptable.
- **Availability**: You can work at least two days per week.
