Together let’s redefine retirement living for senior Australians.   The OpportunityLindfield Gardens Retirement Living is nestled amongst serene bushland in East Lindfield, overlooking the sparkling upper reaches of Middle Harbour. Just 16km from Sydney’s CBD, conveniently located close by are Garigal National Park. On a daily basis, you'll spend your time outdoors and around the village attending to light repairs, maintenance or groundskeeping tasks. You'll connect with residents and work with a great team of staff to ensure our buildings, common areas and units are maintained.No matter your life experience - whether you're just starting out your career or are looking for the perfect career change - we want to hear from you This is a part-time opportunity working Wednesday to Friday 8.00am-4.00pm What we offer $28.96 p/h + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuationAll systems training and equipment providedEmployee Referral Program and Employee Assistance ProgramDiscounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providersOpportunities for further career progressionBe part of a friendly and supportive team in a large retirement living community You will You will attend to various maintenance requests around the village (basic domestic repair tasks)Carry out preventative maintenance tasks (e.g pool checks, high-pressure cleaning, smoke alarm checks and bins etc.)Liaise with your fellow maintenance team to ensure projects undertaken are completed to a high standardUse our system app to log, track and record the progress of jobs completed Help out around the village with additional tasksBe a friendly face to the residents and work alongside a fantastic teamPlease note - this is not a gardening role.
