As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll enjoy working in a fast-paced and friendly hospitality environment to deliver high-quality meals and customer service to residents. You'll be a great communicator with a focus on delivering a high standard of customer service and enjoy a mix of working in the kitchen and front of house We are looking for casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. Availability on Tuesday & Wednesday afternoons and Friday & Sunday 10-6:30 pm preferred. What we offer$35.77/hr including 25% casual loading + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuationAbility to work extra shifts as a Food & Beverage Attendant, or in other areas of the communityA great place to start or further your hospitality career Employee Referral Program and Employee Assistance ProgramDiscounts to Health Insurance and Retail & Leisure partner providersBe part of a friendly and supportive team in a caring retirement living communityYou willProvide a high level of Customer Service to residents during lunch or dinner service times and during restaurant hoursAssist in the daily preparation of meals (e.g light kitchen prep, plating of meals etc.)Assist with the delivery of food & beveragesComplete set up and pack down of restaurant spaceFollow all kitchen and restaurant hygiene practices (which will include general cleaning and washing up)What you'll bringExperience in a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant or customer service environment (highly regarded)A friendly and warm persona with a passion for building relationships and chatting with residentsCurrent Police check (required, but we can complete for you)Minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations (required)Who we areAs a leader in retirement living, with 30 years' experience,  Aveo provides the stability and confidence to try new things and keep innovating.
