Job Description

We are seeking a fun and energetic individual to join our team for the Christmas season. As a Christmas Casual, you will be working in a fast-paced, upbeat environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of luxury brands, including CHANEL, Ray-Ban, PRADA, Gucci, Oakley, DG, Burberry, and more.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and supporting your colleagues in achieving their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Must have full availability from 10 November 2025 – 11 January 2026, including weekends, public holidays and extended trading hours.
