We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Roy Hill, a world-class mining company. As a key member of our productivity team, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, assess, and interpret financial, HR, safety, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders across various departments to understand their data analysis needs and requirements, and translate these into analytical models and reports.
  • Apply analytical skills to support productivity and project-related initiatives, providing insights that guide decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Evaluate both financial and non-financial data to support comprehensive business performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within a role focused on data analysis, financial modelling, and business intelligence.
  • Proficient in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven experience in data collection and analysis, and the ability to prepare, and present analytical reports and findings to influence and support business decisions and strategies.
  • Experience in project management or productivity improvement in the mining or related industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Collaborative mindset, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse groups, and present complex data in an actionable manner.
  • Degree in business admin, commerce, finance or related field.
