About the Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Ballarat Store.

This is a part-time position working 27.5 hours/week.

The successful candidate will lead by example, driving exceptional customer experiences and helping the team deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Mentor and develop the store team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Oversee visual merchandising in-store and make commercial decisions that drive business results.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure effective inventory control.
  • Provide coaching and on-the-spot feedback to team members.
