About the Role- Build relationships with parenting and lifestyle brands to develop influencer campaigns matching brands with creators who align with their values and audience.
- Execute strategies for campaigns and launches, building media lists, nurturing industry relationships, and securing coverage that matters.
- Support the team in creating buzz around key projects and events, keeping track of social, content, and parenting trends.
- Work with influencers and partners to negotiate fair and effective deals.
- Develop tailored influencer campaigns for parenting and lifestyle brands.
- Craft and execute smart influencer and PR strategies for campaigns and launches.
- 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, or a social/content agency.
- Ability to brief creators, negotiate usage rights, and deliver content that performs.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
