Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team in a full-time capacity.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that involves working in a fast-paced environment, assisting with general warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching stock.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage inventory accurately and ensure efficient stock storage.
  2. Safely operate a forklift, focusing on counterbalance operations.
  3. Be flexible and willing to undertake various tasks across the distribution center as needed.
  4. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
  5. Loading and unloading trucks.
  6. Perform manual laboring duties.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in all areas of the distribution center.
  • Valid forklift license and previous forklift operating experience.
  • Experience with computers and RF scanners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to lift and move products as required.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (Monday – Friday, start times between 6 am and 8:30 am).
