About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team in a vibrant location. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-end real estate business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting clients with a warm and personal approach
  • Filing and preparing documentation
  • Answering phone calls and managing client communications
  • Scheduling appointments and diary management
  • Ordering office supplies and managing stock
Requirements
  • Real-estate experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone etiquette
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with PropertyMe, Box + Dice and Canva is a plus
