We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team in a vibrant location. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-end real estate business.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting and greeting clients with a warm and personal approach
- Filing and preparing documentation
- Answering phone calls and managing client communications
- Scheduling appointments and diary management
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock
- Real-estate experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong phone etiquette
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with PropertyMe, Box + Dice and Canva is a plus
- Varied autonomous role with freedom to make it your own
- Conveniently located close to PT
- Work with High Net Wealth Clients
