About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our team as a Facilities Management Director. This is a full-time role that will require you to lead and oversee facilities management strategies across the portfolio, manage and mentor the facilities team, develop and optimise annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets, establish and negotiate major service contracts, and oversee compliance, WHS, and risk management programs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee facilities management strategies across the portfolio
  • Manage and mentor the facilities team
  • Develop and optimise annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets
  • Establish and negotiate major service contracts
  • Oversee compliance, WHS, and risk management programs
  • Manage relationships and liaison with senior stakeholders
  • Establish, monitor, and report on portfolio KPIs and implement standardised operating procedures
  • Establish and monitor service quality standards and customer satisfaction metrics

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in facilities management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders
  • Able to operate with a high level of autonomy and work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to manage multiple IT platforms
  • Able to oversee and coordinate all building compliance and maintenance requirements

 

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of **$120,000 - $150,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus superannuation benefits. You will also have the opportunity to work with a reputable company and be part of a dynamic team.
