Job Overview
We are seeking an Agile Transformation Consultant to join our Government clients as embedded team members in contract and ongoing roles. You will be working on projects that achieve strategic objectives, modernise business processes, and provide reliable information.
About the Role
As an Agile Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, presentations, product backlog management, and user acceptance testing. You will also design, manage, and refine business processes and user journeys. Your experience in Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe, will be invaluable in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Agile frameworks, managing discoveries, co-design activities, process modelling, journey mapping, user stories, and product backlogs. They will identify business needs and capture them through planning, defining, and managing user stories and requirements. Our consultant will conduct business discovery and co-design workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders, recommending business and ICT changes.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders. They will be able to facilitate workshops, present ideas, and manage product backlogs effectively. A current ASGVA Baseline clearance or the ability to obtain one is essential for this role. Australian citizenship is also required.
