We are seeking dedicated and qualified individuals to support clients with daily tasks, personal care, and household chores.

This rewarding role involves:

  • Providing personalized care and support to enable clients to lead independent lives
  • Aiding with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance
  • Organising inclusive social and recreational activities to enhance overall well-being
  • Monitoring health and medication, offering emotional support as needed

You will also provide domestic support, including housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Additionally, you may assist with grocery shopping and errands, maintain a clean and organised living environment, and provide safe and comfortable transportation for clients.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support
  • Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients
  • Knowledge of person-centered care principles and safety regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and manual tasks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings
