About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Kenway & Clark. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our customers' agricultural machinery and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with diesel engines and hydraulic systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements
  • Collaborate with our parts interpreters to source and install replacement parts
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve high-quality results
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
Requirements
  • Relevant trade qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology or Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • High level of experience in hydraulics and/or electrics
  • Strong diagnostic skills and experience with electronic diagnosis tools
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current and valid manual driver's license
