Software Asset Manager Position

This role is responsible for leading the management of software assets across the organization, ensuring compliance with enterprise agreements and optimizing licensing costs.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills and experience in software contract negotiation, asset management, or a related field. They will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.

We are seeking someone with 4+ years of relevant experience in software contract negotiation, software asset management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large portfolios of annual software renewals and negotiating new software agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead software contract negotiations for medium to high-risk and long-term strategic agreements globally.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement software asset management strategies.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of software contracts, licenses, and agreements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in software contract negotiation, software asset management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing large portfolios of annual software renewals and negotiating new software agreements.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
  • Ability to operate independently within a dynamic international environment.
