Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced supervisor to lead our gardening team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for mentoring and working alongside individuals with disabilities to deliver exceptional gardening and grounds maintenance services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervising and working with supported employees in gardening and grounds work for commercial contracts.
  • Supporting employees in learning and developing skills that enable them to pursue their goals and aspirations.
  • Ensuring safe work practices, including the operation of equipment.
  • Maintaining records on attendance, job sheets, and machine maintenance.
Requirements
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Happy to work in the great outdoors doing physical work.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for providing guidance and motivation and getting the best out of people.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Current Western Australian licence essential - LR license highly regarded.
  • Being handy with tools, and having a horticulture, landscaping, gardening or trade background is beneficial but not essential.
