The Role: As a Trade Waiter, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop your professional skills further. You will also have opportunities to progress in the business and play an important role in the continued success of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers, manage reservations, and provide menus upon arrival.
  • Table Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, clear tables, and return used dishes and cutlery to the kitchen.
  • Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Promotion: Recommend dishes and wines that go along with the customers' preferred food to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Trade Waiter in fine-dining seafood restaurants.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Previous experience working with point of sale (POS) systems and cash registers.
