Job Title: Service Manager

Job Overview

We are a charity and not-for-profit organisation creating real social change and inclusive opportunities.

Our mission is to help close gaps in social welfare services and bring positive people into our community movement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead operations of services and programs to ensure quality person-centred services, within financial, legislative, contractual, and operational requirements.

Manage a team of dedicated support workers and coordinators, assisting them to implement best practice approaches to supporting people to increase independence and participate in daily community activities.

Requirements

  • Qualification in Individual Support or related field at Cert IV minimum
  • Qualification in Leadership / Management or significant experience in a similar role
  • Experience in ROC development and SIL submission highly regarded but not essential
  • Current unencumbered Driver's Licence
  • Current Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Evidence of COVID19 Immunisation or exemptions
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently
  • Strong budget management skills
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal form
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite
