Galderma Clinical Healthcare Professional Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing medical education and clinical training to ensure healthcare professionals' competence in the safe and effective administration of Galderma's aesthetic products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical education and clinical training to ensure HCP competence in the safe and effective administration of Galderma's aesthetic products.
  • Manage all clinical education of the Aesthetic portfolio in the assigned region.
  • Provide clinical assistance at educational events and KOL-led workshops.
  • Support Adverse Event consultations.
  • Engage with and develop KOLs & KEEs.
  • Mentor National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers.
  • Contribute clinical input to training materials as requested by Clinical Manager.
  • Develop and execute training plans in the local region(s).
  • Lead and implement state-based Galderma Aesthetic Academy, clinical forums, and workshops with local & international doctors.
  • Mentor the Commercial Sales team with clinical upskilling and exploration programs.
  • Create and deliver clinical education/curriculum aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct all clinical training and educational events per professional standards and compliance regulations.
