Night Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Night Auditor
">- Assist the Night Manager with end-of-day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets.
- Ensure the highest standard of guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Accurately manage guest accounts, reservations, and billing using Opera Cloud.
- Maintain communication with all departments, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Operate the switchboard, manage wake-up calls, and ensure proper message delivery.
- Reconcile daily transactions including credit cards and F&B outlet reports.
- Prepare reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day's operations.
- Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
- Adhere strictly to security protocols, ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety.
- Maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk and complete nightly checklists and reports.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, accurately manage financial transactions, operate the switchboard, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous hospitality experience, strong numerical skills, proficiency in hotel management software, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
